One firm, built around a single idea: put clients first.
Our commitment to putting clients first began in 1995, when Dan Glassman started practicing here in Gainesville. His focus from the start has been auto accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, and negligence.
In 2003, Dan and Nick Zissimopulos began working together. Nick earned his undergraduate and law degrees here in Gainesville, and together they built a practice across civil and criminal law around one shared idea: every client matters, and attorneys should put clients first. Two decades later, that's still how they work.

Dan Glassman begins practicing in Gainesville
Dan opens his practice focused on auto accidents, personal injury, and wrongful death, representing people seriously hurt by someone else's negligence.
Dan and Nick begin working together
Nick Zissimopulos, a Gainesville-trained attorney, joins Dan. Together they build a practice spanning civil and criminal law, grounded in putting clients first.
Glassman & Zissimopulos is founded
Dan and Nick formalize their partnership as Glassman & Zissimopulos, bringing personal injury and criminal defense under one roof.
A full team serving Gainesville and Alachua County
The firm has grown to a team of attorneys handling car accidents, personal injury, and criminal defense, with a partner Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law and offices in Gainesville and Alachua.
