About Dan
Daniel J. Glassman has spent his entire career representing people who have suffered serious injury and loss. Since 1995, he has handled complex bodily injury and wrongful death cases, guiding clients from the first free consultation through the resolution of their claim.
He understands the toll these situations take, and he works to hold people, companies, and insurers accountable when they fail to treat the injured fairly. Dan has also taught as a volunteer instructor at UF, lecturing on trial practice, medical malpractice, insurance disputes, and mediation.
Personal Life
Dan has lived in Gainesville for more than 35 years, and he takes giving back to the community seriously. He serves on the board of the American Cancer Society and chairs multiple fundraising boards that have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for research and care across North Central Florida.
Off the Clock
Over the years, Dan has served as a director on the board of the North Florida YMCA, a Big Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, a volunteer attorney for Three Rivers Legal Services, and a board member of the ACLU. He's also an active youth soccer coach. Above all, Dan is a devoted husband to Maggie and father to his children, Ben and Shanna.
